Employer Requirements:

Minimum of 6 weeks lead-time
Minimum of 100 eligible employees per location

Space Requirements:

Exam Area: Conference Room or Office 15’X20’ or Larger
Smaller office or open space near exam room (for check-in, eyewear viewing and purchasing.)
Cellular service and or 10Mbps site internet speed

Comprehensive exams will include ergonomic prescription designs, retinal imaging, and an optical dispensary with a wide range of everyday and safety eyewear frame options – a tailored, on-site, and fully equipped vision center experience.
